How to manage licenses

Article Objective: To assist admin users in navigating the Admin Centre with the Active Platform to manage user licenses. 


Context: Admin users are able to manage each users licenses through the Admin Centre. 


Accessing the Admin Centre 

Navigate to the Active Platform home page. 



Click on your name icon and press Admin Centre.


 

Click on Users. 



Managing user licenses 

Once the 'Users' button has been selected, the below screen will appear which shows all users and their associated licenses. 



To edit a users permission, select the relevant user and scroll to the bottom of the screen.  This will display a list of all products the firm is subscribed to, allowing the owner to tick or untick product licenses for users accordingly. 


Once updated, click Save and Close.
