Linking to Documents using Copy Link

Copy Link is used to send a copy of the document to the clipboard.

This copy can then be emailed to an Account.

If the document is setup for signing an Account can preview the document via the link and sign.

In HowNow 5, export the documents to the Portal and choose the option to disable notifications if use of the Copy Link Function is required instead.

Select the document or group of documents (holding down the shift or control keys) and click the Copy Link button to copy the document location to the clipboard. Open a new email and paste the copied document/s in.
