The In-Out Reason Descriptions dialog allows the administrator to edit existing reason descriptions or add new ones.

To view this dialog, go to  File > Administration > In-Out Board 

The In-Out Reason Descriptions Select dialog appears.

This dialog displays a list of existing In-Out Reason descriptions and allows new ones to be added and existing ones to be edited or deleted.

To add a new description, click the Add button. To edit an existing description, select the description and click the Edit button.

To delete an existing description, select it and click the Delete button.
